We went camping this last weekend and true to my life it didn't come off without a hitch. We were headed to Flagstaff and as soon as we hit the sign that read Hoover Dam 4 miles, traffic came to almost a complete stop. I think the sign should have read Hoover Damn! It took us a full hour to go that 4 miles and all along the way, all I heard from the back was "how much longer", "drive faster Mom!" When we finally got to Flagstaff we got lost trying to find the campsite where Kade's family was already waiting. That little off road experience let me try out my 4wd, it was quite a ride. In the midst of it McKinna cried out, "When will the madness end!" Liam was also very concerned that we were lost and I think that he prayed us to our final destination. (Sorry Kade for using the "L" word, I meant to say we were temporarily misplaced).
This is Jack, he was the hit of the party! Sorry to the rest of you, who always want to be the hit of the party but Jack is just too cute, so he wins.
McKinna and Kasha took a spin on the Rhino. Almost a week after the fact and Liam is still talking about how Grandpa let him drive it, (Sorry no pictures of that, I am sure that it is probably not legal).
It's not camping if there aren't s'mores involved, so the kids packed a weeks worth of camping into one night.

That baby Jack is so cute! And I just love the comment from McKinna. I still feel bad that you had to rush home.
